Short Answer: cookies! If you shopped on our site from multiple browsers or devices (ex. duplicate tabs) our system probably read it as two identical but separate carts.
So, when you placed your order, one cart was cleared and the other wasn’t triggering a check-in email on our end!
Don’t worry though, we’ve received your original order and are processing it! Just be sure to clear out your cart on added windows and devices moving forward.
